The Construction Project Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping Costner Building Group projects running smoothly. This position is not a traditional Project Manager; it's a coordination-focused, client-facing role that supports both the construction team and homeowners through clear communication, organization, and follow-through. We're looking for someone energetic, outgoing, and detail-oriented, with the ability to think months ahead while keeping projects moving day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple active residential projects simultaneously
- Serve as a primary communication bridge between clients and construction teams
- Manage schedules, documentation, selections, approvals, and workflows
- Prepare and track estimates, purchase orders, and change orders (drafts reviewed by leadership)
- Monitor project budgets, milestones, and procurement timelines
- Maintain accurate project data within JobTread or similar software
- Attend project meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, designers, and architects
- Support punch lists, close-out documentation, and homeowner orientations
- Help maintain a professional, organized, and positive team culture
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 or more years of experience in residential construction coordination, administration, or related roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Client-friendly, professional, and personable demeanor
- Solid understanding of residential construction processes and terminology
- Experience with JobTread or similar software preferred
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening upon a conditional job offer

- Base Salary: $60,000 to $70,000, depending on experience
